COVID Travel Policy

PURPOSE

For the wellbeing and safety of our employees, visitors and customers we have modified the COVID Travel Policy

APPLICATION

• Applies to all Morgan Olson Team Members

PROCEDURE

For the wellbeing and safety of our employees, visitors and customers we have modified the COVID Travel Policy. 

Non-vaccinated team members are not allowed to travel on behalf of Morgan Olson. This includes visiting other Morgan Olson facilities.

Examples of travel are attending seminars, events, tradeshows, customers, supplier facilities, etc.

Any requests from non-vaccinated team members to travel with extenuating circumstances should be brought to your manager and will need to be approved by HR and Mike Ownbey.

Fully Vaccinated Status

Individuals are considered fully vaccinated:

▪ Two weeks after receiving their second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.

▪ OR two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine.

If you don't meet either of these requirements, you are not fully vaccinated.

As a reminder, once you are fully vaccinated you will need to show proof of your vaccination to HR to receive your blue badge and be considered fully vaccinated to travel on behalf of Morgan Olson.

Vaccinated employees are required to follow all applicable state / local mandates while traveling.
